I've taken gender and sex with Paul as well as two theory classes. I've never known a prof to make something so boring seem so interesting. He really is a passionate about what he does and once you get to know him you'll appreciate the excitment he brings into the classroom. Sadly this is pauls last semester at RDC but he's done a great job.

this class was a huge let-down...he was very forgetful and didn't seem very interested in teaching an intro-level course...he never provided us with marking criteria for "essay questions" and does not provide much for feedback

This guy is a complete ***hole. I'm never met a professor who is so unprofessional. He doesn't explain anything properly, only gives vague explanations, lies about his whereabouts when he should be in his office when he clearly is not, and he is very rude and demeaning to students when they ask for help. Oh, and class average is a D.

This is the worst professor I've ever had! He explained nothing, and was the most mentally disorganized professor! Avoid his class at all cost, you will only end up confused! He will make you write "short essay" questions on his lectures, and the average was 16/30. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!!

Paul was hilarious, he is so quirky! It was a tough class but I am sure that is that case with any Soci theory class. He made it fun but do pay attention and go to him when you need help, the concepts are hard and it takes a lot of thought. Get to know him and the last day of classes will be full of beer, er, I mean cheer...

Paul approaches his class like no other prof that I have seen. He does not teach students because he enjoys it, rather it is simply his own interests that he is concerned with. Hence the reason he has no compasion for those students who do not understand his psychobabble.
