Professor Storer's lectures are a bit dry but it is very very helpful for the assignments that you will have to complete. He is very kind and very reasonable. The exams are curved (if your class does terrible). Overall, he was very clear about his expectations and I enjoyed him and his teaching

He doesn't take attendance and posts slides online, but the slides won't make sense unless you go to class and exams are based off lecture. SO GO! He is a boring lecturer, but very knowledgeable and thorough. The textbook is an easy to read and helps reinforce his lectures, but you don't need to read the book cover to cover. 3 assignments 3 exams.

One of the best Econ teachers I have taken at WWU. He is so helpful for writing papers and writes study guides for his tests. Do not hesitate to take a class with him!

I really enjoyed this class. I signed up with no interest in the subject, but Dr. Storer managed to spark the light. He is very passionate about his work and sometimes you can notice how excited he is to teach somthing new. The class is designed for those that have little interest in economics, but it could sick you in =)

Paul does his best to make sure you understand everything you need to understand, even if it is a huge lecture class. He is the ECON department head and he definitely knows his stuff. He tries to make economics as relevant to current events as he can, which makes the class pretty interesting. His tests aren't too difficult either. If you can, you s

He is a great prof. I definitely was clueless about the economy before his class and he made understanding how markets work easy and put the concepts in relevant terms. He's also pretty funny.

A huge lecture class. I have to say it was really boring and I slept through most of the classes. Storer is a very knowledgeable professor and a funny lecturer but it's not an easy A. Two midterms, worth 30% and one final which is 40% of the grade.

Do not take this class unless you have too. very boring and very hard to understand. Paul is a nice guy and very helpful if you go into his office hours. My worst class of the quarter

Great class. Lots of comedy, history, customs, and economics. I don't care about Canada at all to be honest, but this was a class I looked forward to. Very helpful in office hours, pretty much lays out exam and paper expectations, and is generally a friendly grader.

I am livid about this class. I know economics and I knew the material but his tests were so unfair. The question was ambiguous and there were 2-3 correct answers on a multiple choice test. I feel cheated out of a good grade by this horrible man.

it's an interesting subject but after about 35 minutes, it's just hard to stay completely focused on what he was talking about. He is a very nice guy and definitely knows what he is talking about. Good class, just be prepared for a slow paced lecture.

Storer is a great professor. Although his lectures are super boring, he is a generous grader (frequent curved exams) and he's usually available for extra help. This class is a piece of cake as long as you attend class and take lots of notes. There's no hw in the class either and the exams are relatively short (35 m.c. questions more or less)

This is a very easy class. His lectures can be very boring, but for test he gives you a million things to study with(online practice tests, test review). He also curves his testes alot. The guest speakers are also good.

WOW! Is all I have to say. Take this class if you want to sit through the most boring lectures known to man. He curves his tests because few people do well without a curve the average of the class was about a 65% so he helps you out, but moves incredibly fast and doesn't explain things clearly so GOOD LUCK!

One of the nicest teachers you will meet on campus. His lectures can be extremely boring, most of them actually. However, the guest speakers he brings in are amazing. He does know what he is talking about, but he could spice things up a little.

Storer is among the best professors at Western. He wants all his students to succeed. He adds tons of extra office hours to help out anyone in need, he answers any and all questions, and certainly knows the content by heart (he did co-author the textbook, after all). He provides practice problems and solutions for exams; has a great sense of humor.
