Awesome dude who helps if you want it...he likes to try to keep conversations going because he really knows his stuff. Attendance is always considered b/c he hates the book and tests mostly over his lectures. Has good dry humor and Only profesor i know who wears sandals and socks and will shake our hands everyday...

Dr. Simpson is so funny! He is probably one of my favorite teachers I have had at Southern. He does make government much more interesting then I thought it could be. I would strongly suggest taking Dr. Simpson if you get the chance. He is very intelligent and knows so much with politics.

Dr. Simpson is totally hysterical. He is one of the funniest professors I've had in a long time. Class goes by so quickly when your prof is better than most stand-up comedians. Tests are challenging, not too bad. Excellent prof.
