Her assignments are unclear, and her lectures are a mess. She teaches business classes but none of what she says matches up to anything that my other professors are teaching. If you are willing to ignore content and just parrots her ideas back, then it's reasonably easy to get an a. It's hard to understand her goals and grading criteria

She is one of the best teachers I will ever have. Extremely inspiring and she cares so much for her students, always offering job opportunities and she is an extremely nice and powerful woman. Her classes are hard though and she is very tough.,but she really makes you go creative and helps you be ready for the real world

What can I say about Paula? She is super fun and bright. Beautiful on the inside out. Memories of her class are among the fondest for my college career. Knock on wood but i am hoping to get into karate through her inspiration.

Very easy course. Every lecture is a boring PowerPoint and there are only two exams and one project. Her exams are hard for such a basic, boring course. Even though I studied for DAYS my average, and the class average, was a C. Take it with the other professor, he gives open-book exams!

Holanchock is a very good teacher, she is enthusiastic and professional. Her tests cover about 5 chapters at a time but before every test she tells you what to focus on. As long as you study and pay attention in class your good.

She is a terrible teacher. Not clear on her assignments...extremely subjective on her grading...by far one of the worst teachers at Flagler. For someone who is supposed to teach communication...she is terrible at communicating her assignments. What a waste of time.

Terrible, unqualified teacher with no positive merits other than her good looks, but in addition she does not have a single rubric for any of her assignments! This allows her freedom to use guesswork when grading and assigning. She is unclear, unfair and incompetent! If any Flagler administrators read this, please get her off your faculty.

She was a good teacher. The class was easy and the assignments were easy. I thought I would get an A, but I got a B. It was ok to handle though, because I can honestly say she is the most attractive teacher I have had in my whole life. She's into karate which makes her even hotter. Her husband is a lucky guy. Just hope one day I am that lucky

Very helpful class, however her grading was inconsistent and unfair. Very strange in a class predominantly centered around grammar and style, most often you would receive a B on a paper even if it was indeed flawless. Impossible to receive an A for the class.
