Took her class for fall 2018, and all I can say is that She's amazing. One of the best professors at SWC. Shes very serious. When it comes to attendance, you MUST attend class every day. You can only miss class 3 or 4 times other than that she drops you. All I can say totally recommend anyone to take a class with her.

Probably one of my favorite professors here at SWC. She's really sweet and her lectures are always engaging. Attendance counts towards your grade, so don't skip class! We had 2 exams and one group essay. Easy A :)

She's amazing! There's 2 group essays (very easy & interesting), a midterm, and a final that you are graded on. Her lectures are very informative, she engages with the class often and tries to answer any questions students may have (we had always had great discussions). She's very understanding, sweet, and supportive. Totally recommend!

Comment:

Lectures are really helpful so if you don't read make it up with the notes you take during lecture. This prof is really helpful and very clear in lecture and describing material on test. She's really helpful and easy going. Showing up to class definitely makes a difference and she does give attendance points.

As long as you show up and take notes you'll be fine for the midterm and final (only two exams she gives). A couple assignments and A LOT of extra credit points! She's a psychologist and a mother as well and she always gives great examples and is funny in class. Simple class and easy to follow with clear instructions on what the topics are!

Professor Zamudio was definitely a great professor. I took her for psych 230. You pretty much show up and take notes on her lectures. She doesn't really go by the slides which I really liked, she just based every chapter on her own knowledge considering that she is a family therapist. I would recommend her to anyone taking psych 230.

Wow, amazing and passionate prof.. Her lectures are good, and if you have a Q, she will answer it. She comes well prepared and you can tell she does research outside of class to further her knowledge. 2 easy group essays, and 2 easy tests if you study. Book is very expensive, you can get an A without it. Though, it's a good source of past research

Very nice lady. Truly does care about her students, and wants the best for them. Very interesting lectures, and commentary that she adds about the material. Textbook is expensive and you can get by without having it, everything can be found online. A couple group writing assignments. Take good notes on the test reviews and you will get an A.

Wonderful teacher! Definitely take her again. She does not expect much and only gives 2 tests which are your midterm and final, and 2 assignments, but its easy to mess up. Offers extra credit which was helpful for some!

She's nice and funny. She takes attendance in the beginning of class. Great lectures. There will be power points for you to take notes and she lets you know what terms are going to be on the test. There's only the midterm/ final. No homework. Only thing I disliked about this class was writing group essays.

Prof. Zamudio is so nice and makes class fun and interesting. Her class consists of the midterm, one report, one group essay, and the final test. If you're behind the A, she offers extra credit. There's no homework, just the tests which are easy, and also the 2 assignments. Take her If you want an easy A.

Prof. Zamudio is nice and friendly. Her class is very enjoyable even if psychology is not really my thing. Grading is very clear and test are not that hard, just take notes and study them, if you happen to get lazy before the exams, she offer tons of extra credit, so theres no way to fail her class. no homework which is nice, just some assignments.

Great psychology professor! I wish she taught more psych classes. If you are majoring in psych take notes on all the slides she has because they will benefit not only for the test but for future psych classes you'll be taking. She let the class use notes on final!

Professor Zamudio has been so far my favorite class. Has a nice heart and cares about her students. My interest in psychology increased after i took her class. She gives very little homework and tests. She is a fair grader. Easy A. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. If anyone speaks bad of her it's because they probably didn't do any work :)

Awesome! This class is very interesting and she makes it fun. Everything covered is on the test, no surprises! Only three tests which are not cumulative. She is very fair in grading and offers extra credit assignments.
