Mrs. Stevick is a nice lady. Her homework is graded based off of completion, however, her tests are very hard. For her j-term class she only assigns one paper, and it's not very long. Class can get boring, but you watch a movie, and go on a nature walk as well. I don't think I would take the class again if I had to pick an english course...

Avoid this class if you can - tests are completely objective and you have to read her mind to get the answers right. Have to read the stories, but basically doesn't matter if you don't b/c the answers are her own interpretation anyway. Very frustrating!

Mrs Stevick is so funny! I really enjoy her class and like the discussions we have. With that said she can get a little off topic. Very helpful with papers, she's willing to conference with you at anytime. Overall a good prof

I felt like I was in high school, no middle school. The discussion in class only incorperated her opinions and if you didn't agree you were wrong. The tests were really hard. The way the class was taught did not prepare you for the tests, even with studying. The multiple choice was ambiguous at best. I dreaded going to class every day.

A really sweet woman, who is both passionate about her subject and her students. Has high expectations on papers, but does not criticize without reason. My writing improved alot over the semester. Also enjoys people participating in class.

Mrs. Stevick, is an awesome lady. She cares deeply about the kids in her class. She loves what she's teaching, and it shows. Her faith bleeds through her life in every way I saw. VERY tough grader. Take your papers to the writing center first.

Coolest woman... Hard to get an A but hard to get a C. Not the funnest class but she lets you joke around and never too hard of assignments. Kinda all over the place though, but if you like that then go for it.
