Class structure needs to be changed. Relies on participation with old textbooks that have every question he will ask along with its answer. Students are rewarded for participation based on old textbook answers right in front of them. Get an old well-used textbook if you dont want him to get pissed at you in class. Not an easy class for 3 credits.

Quality professor...makes you understand every detail that he is teaching. If you pay attention, it is really hard to not do well. Tests are very hard but class is graded on a scale. If you are interested in Law, a must class. The TA's are useless however
