Professor Aiken is a laid back guy, however his course is not. 2 quizzes at the beginning and the end of class, reading the textbook and the powerpoint slides barely helped, the quizzes are pretty difficult. The quizzes are the only thing that matters in this class and the toughest thing about the class. Calls everyone on the roll at least once

I'm so over this class.. The quizzes are insanely hard and his lectures are boring. Like everyone else said, reading the book is essential but it still doesn't help? There's no tests, just a final, which is nice.. but two quizzes each class so you have to attend each class. Will call students out to talk. Horrible class. Makes me hate Tuesdays.

Designs the class to get students in trouble. Stay away from him if possible very arrogant and a very lonely guy. He doesn't teach but read from the powerpoint. If you want trouble Ike transcript notation and dealing with stuff like that. Take him. Too many students in the business department working to report him for him to loose his job

Quizzes everyday which is very hard, read and do whatever the quizzes are terrible. 2 point quiz at the start , 4 at the beginning. The way the class is designed is bad and his lectures has nothing to do with the quiz it doesn't help in any shape or form

This class is very hard. You have two quizzes each class, one in the begging of the class, and one at the end of the class. The quizzes are about 70% of your grade, Final test about 15%, and the rest is attendance. You could study, and memorize the whole chapter before each quiz, and you would still do bad! the quizzes are impossible!

Class is way too difficult with almost all of our grades being from daily quizzes in class. Our final study guide for the cumulative final was a useless word cloud of the words on the test and that was it. DO NOT TAKE!!!
