He's an ok guy. Easy to talk to and willing to help. However, I think he has been teaching the subject so long that he doesn't understand that some people don't get what he is saying right away. Goes off on tangents that really confuse those who are confused to begin with. His hair will distract you.

I didn't get much out of his lectures. They were very unorganized (perhaps I would've found them helpful if I'd kept up on the reading). Doesn't tell us what problem he's solving on the board, just writes lots of numbers and formulas (some of which seem to be coming from thin air). Is really helpful for specific problems outside of class, though.

Sometimes hard to see what point hes really trying to make. Be sure you keep up to date with the chapters in the text/notes oterwise his teaching style may leave you wondering if your learning anything at all. Overall a great guy and a fairly good prof if you put in the effort. Hes always willing to help.
