He's a pretty smart man. He's a hard marker I suppose and fairly strict. One lab I handed in maybe 5 minutes late and still had points deducted but c'est la vie I guess. Overall I think he's a good guy and pretty approachable.

He is a PHYSICS PROF. of course he can prove the universe evolves around him. That just depends on a reference frame. Difficult marker, helpful if you ask, approachable and he likes to talk. he enjoys comical physics arguments, like ones about the uncertainty principal. hard, but VERY good.

Took astronomy from Peter in the 1980's - glad to see he's still there teaching. First time I ever heard of a CCD was chatting about his research with him. Great guy, loves to talk, and very helpful. Friendly, positive attitude, knows his stuff and teaches well. Labs were a hoot. Hard marker but hey you can roll with it, right? Thanks, Peter!

Bergbusch is underrated and under-appreciated. If you try, he will help. If you don't try, you will do poorly. It's that simple. If you are willing to put in a little work and ask a few questions, you will get by. Some things in life are hard, if you want everything to be easy, go weave baskets. Don't expect a eleemosynary grade if you don't.

He can be tough, but his toughness makes you learn. If you need help he's there, he might tell you how wrong/dumb you are, but in the end he will help. Overall, a nice guy once you get to know him. He also hates engineers :)

Not as arrogant as he may seem...just fed up with stupid questions from students who don't really care. He's not very tactful but he will help you if you need it. He respects you more if you take the risk to ask rather than just get a bad mark.
