I was pretty much confused with his objectives of teaching the course were from day 1 to the end. I really enjoy Kafka, but this course COMPLETELY confused me...surprisingly it wasn't even the content. Just what he was trying to convey to us.

Very strong classical background. Kind and enthusiastic. Lets students have some say in the class style. Insistence on presentations can be intimidating, but is good practice. Very fair marker.

I don't understand how anyone could not like this professor. He's always there to help students immediately. His classes are mainly only for people who are willing to participate and are interested in the subject matter. I've taken several classes with this professor and enjoyed every one.

Minimal structure to course. Students made up their own personal midterm & exam questions. He is obsessed with all assignments having a computer component. Rambles on about his own experiences. The only facts were presented on overheads all in German!!!!!
