Comment:

Pete is one of the best professors at QU. He genuinely cares about every student and moves mountains for anyone who is willing to put in the work. I've had him twice - once for FTM112 (formerly FVI212) and most recently for FTM390. He's amazing and everyone should take his class. Seriously. I'm sad I can't have him again next semester.

Professor Sumby is one of the best professors in the School of Communications. He is a professional in the Industry and still produces shows. He treats you like a colleague and not like a student, but he holds you accountable like a colleague. You need to have the interest in the course in order to succeed. He is the best!

Prof Sumby is awesome-super nice guy. This is def. not an easy A class. You have to work real hard to get the A--but he will give it to you if you can deliver what he wants to see. 3-4 quizes (pretty tricky) all mult choice..then like 4-5 projects..tough grader, but great prof. I highly suggest if you are going into the field of media production!

Prof.Sumby is an awesome guy. The class is a lot of fun and gives you a lot of experience using different equipment. Some of the projects might seem hard at first but once you start them they're not to bad. There isn't daily homework but it's a good idea to read a little of the book everyday. He gives two quizzes, which aren't bad.

Pete is a personal, professional, and most helpful professor. He always encourages you to do your best in the class. He knows a lot in the production field from his previous experience and it shows in his teaching. Whether you're in or out of class Pete is always there to help or answer a question. My advice?
