Phil Van Loon is one of the most helpful, encouraging and inspiring people I have ever met. This class needs to be MANDATORY for every student. I graduated Cabrillo several years ago and I am still in contact with Phil because I value his genuine guidance and direction and I'm always crystal clear about what my next step in life should be.

Seemed he rambled about some things He didn't have to correct all of his general statements by listing the obvious possible exceptions and the class is so easy he really didn't have to constantly be asking if there's anything we didn't understand. But maybe that just annoyed me because I was so tired by the time I got there Still a worthwhile class
