The only time Professor Hardy responded to my emails promptly was before the class started when she send an email for you to respond to and at when the semester was almost over. When she did respond to emails she was very rude. There was not enough time offered to take test Do not take this professor's class if you can avoid it!

BEWARE of exams... Hard. There are questions from other chapters. Upon review of the exams I found incorrect scoring on 2 & 3. (fighting for the corrections gave me the A). This instructor was non-responsive to me. I sent numerous emails asking questions that went completely unanswered.

I didn't have to email her often, but when I did she was very helpful. The tests weren't bad and the papers were very easy. She had all the information online and kept to the syllabus. I would take another class with her.

The assignments were very tedious. There were 3 tests and were difficult. Timed and not enough on 2 out of the 3. She took a minimum of two days to respond via email. I do not feel I learned anything from this class and it was just a lot of "busy" work.

Took this course online and it was a lot of information, but I enjoyed it. There are three tests, but you have the book for them so it's not too bad. She was great and responded well to my emails. Also, I was a couple points out of an A in the class and she bumped me up to an A after I asked if there was any extra credit. Very accommodating.

I took this online and got A's on all the assignments. They can be long but not difficult. She responds to email quickly. Only think I didn't like was that her course assignments and syllabus are too fancy with moving graphics and color backgrounds. Makes them hard to print but that is not an issue with her as an instructor.

I took this class online and found it to be really easy. Ms. Hardy was very helpful, responded to emails quickly, and gave me perfect grades on all of my papers. I have nothing negative to say about her and would recommend her to anyone. Exams are fairly easy and the as long as you read the book, you should be able to get A's on all of the exams.

Very well put together coursework. Would be difficult not to succeed if you simply do the assignments. She is quick to respond to questions. It is all in your efforts, if you want to learn, this is one you will do well with.

She graded very easy as long as you cover the material she set out. I challenged a couple answers I found on the tests and she was very quick to respond and help out. She understood this was a beginners marketing course and really set her online class up for success. It was 3 tests and 3 case studies. If you want an A you will work for it.

She doesn't deserve to be called a professor. When I challenged the answer to an assignment she said the answer must be correct since that was written in the textbook, and that I should contact the publisher if I disagreed. My thought was, what is she adding to the course? I think instructors like this one are a disappointment.

So this is why you only see positive comments, the truth ones are deleted. Phyllis has several complaints from students over her teaching habits: she is rude, short, and threatening in emails and phone calls. She has an "I'm better than you attitude" I wouldn't recomend her to any student that has the choice.
