The absolute best Professor i have ever had. Actually cares if you succeed, plenty of time available outside of class for questions about the class content or anything from physics to algebra. Actually wants to see his students succeed 10/10 if you have the chance to take a class with Pierre take it! you will Not regret it!

I really enjoyed Pierre. I took phys 109 with Fasunwon and that was awful. Pierre gives clear cut explanations of the material and provides summary notes on URcourses. He grades tough but most of the test questions come straight from the assignment prep questions so there wasn't any surprises. The lab is what you need to watch out for.

He is often mean to his students, making them feel like they can't do something. His lectures are pretty useless. Assignments are difficult although they are directly what is on his exams. Overall, not a good prof whatsoever

Assignments are marked pretty rigorously, but he is willing to walk you through any problems you might have. Assignments prepare you for the final pretty well. Pretty interesting lectures, but most of his jokes are really cheesy and sometimes the tangents are awful. I didn't find the lectures that useful.

He is such an amazing prof. Exam and midterm questions were directly from assignments . He is pretty funny in class. He really understands you if you have any difficulty. Take your physics class with him and you won't regret it !

He gets off topic too many times. He doesn't allow students to ask more than 3 times. he always says "i don't have time for questions because we are behind" this is because he wastes time talking about none sense. I got 87 in physics 109 with him and I'm currently taking physics 119 with him. If you take physics with him u will suffer to do good.

Great professor. He is not easy and won't give free marks but he will help as much as he can, he will explain 10 times if necessary and he will be open outside the class. Try to keep up with things and work on the assignments as he repeats most of his problems.

AMAZING. Shows so much dedication in his lectures and thoroughly discusses material. Assignments are well planned and makes you think because they are organized in a fashion where you actually have to think about the concepts covered, not just recreate his work. Highly recommend taking Ouimet's physics course!

He is a charming character, and no offence but I think he is a garbage prof. A hostile tone of voice is not conducive to learning, makes students feel intimidated if they don't understand concepts. Has the audacity to say how his slides "are all accurate angles, I took the time to measure them", and then makes slides too small to read. The worst.

AMAZING professor! He's very clear during the lectures, and walks you through many relevant examples that come up on assignments. Assignments can be challenging, but are very doable. Exams are easy, if you study for them. Always tells jokes in class. Approachable outside of class, very dedicated. He holds extra help sessions outside of lecture.

Is a great prof, He is easy to understand and makes more than enough time for you to go and ask questions about the assignments each week. His office hours are reasonable as is he help session. He does tons of examples that are relevant to the assignments each week which help when solving them. Would take him again in a heart beat.

Makes physics MUCH harder than it needs to be. Goes through tons of theory before getting to 1 problem... which he speeds through and explains at a very high level (not good for an introductory level). Great prof if you plan on continuing with physics... avoid if taking just to fulfill required courses in your degree.
