I took this class online and it was extremely easy. I did do notes from the power point but the quizzes you could pass with no studying. It would be extremely easy to find answers on quizlet (not that I did of course) and you get three attempts. Easy A. Take it online! Unfortunately he does not show you the answers after first attempt anymore.

I took him online, so I can only speak from that experience. 12 quizzes (3 attempts on each). Combine the scores of all of those to get one grade (if they average on your quizzes was 95, you would receive 95 points) 2 midterms out of 100 points. And a final out of 100. Super easy, but it was ONLINE. He might be different in person.

Quizzes are super easy. Midterm questions come straight from past quizzes. He is very helpful if you have questions. All the class is is lecturing. He is hard to understand sometimes, but if you read the book and study the quizzes you'll do fine.

All the class is is a lecture class, so all he does is talk and talk. It is so hard to understand him and what we are trying to learn that if you miss class or don't understand something you HAVE TO READ THE TEXTBOOK!

Take him if you need 206! Super easy class. 12 quizzes which you get three tries to take and after the first time you get all the correct answers and he just uses whatever the highest grade is out of the three times. Two midterms but if you look over past quizzes you will get an A. One final which isn't hard at all. Easy A.

Dr. Kasturi is super nice, he is down to earth when it comes to helping student. He knows the material in/out, do not underestimate him for his thick accent. He has lived in US since any of us even born. He gives out lot of extra credit and trust me if you are really looking for A, I would get those extra credit as much as i could.

Well hes got a thick accent and sitting in class is unbearable but the online quizzes once a week are a guaranteed 100% (3 attempts but after the first the right answers are revealed). 2 tests and a final, all of which are comprised of questions taken straight from the quizzes. No textbook needed and easy A, but i didn't take much away.

The class was pretty easy. If you read his slideshows and his course outlines then you will have no problem passing this class. All of his test are based on quizzes that you take. Study those and you will get and A or B no problem.

this is such an easy class. gives you online quizzes but he gives you 3 attempts and after the first attempt it gives you the correct answers. the tests are the same exact questions from the quizzes. the only reason you need to go to class is to sign the attendance book. take him if you want an easy class. don't take him if you want to learn econ

Very knowledgeble of economics. Boring teacher. Not very helpful or available after class. Online quizzes extremely helpful. Requires a term paper. All tests are the same 33 multiple choice and 1 true false question. The questions all come directly from the quizzes and the quizzes come directly from the book.

this guy is terrible. doesnt teach anything that is on the quizzes and he doesnt even make them. just have to copy and paste the questions from the quizzes into google and they all pop up from other ACTUAL professors quizzes. And the tests are made up of the exact questions from the quizzes.

Thank god for the online quizzes. His accent and the material he covered were soooo boring and difficult to understand, after an entire semester in this class I have learned 0 about the basics of micro economics. Kasturi himself seems like a pleasant professor, but would probably be best for higher level students who already know the basics.

Worthless human being. Absolutely useless when it comes to looking for help. Attended almost all of his dreadfully painful and boring classes. Yet sent him numerous emails in which(if he replied) he only responded in an abruptly short and rude manner and he NEVER answered my questions. Learn nothing in class and can barely hear him.
