I am a senior,and when I was a freshman I was too immature to understand what Prema was all about. She has my teacher for 4 classes. I think it is hard for a freshman to realized she was asking us to "get ready" to graduate. I have two weeks left, she was right... she was hard and I now appreciate that and I am ready. Good-hard teacher-so right!

She is a nice lady, but her class is difficult. There is a lot of equations you MUST know & studying is highly recommended. When you ask for help she is willing to do what she can tho. I would suggest her even tho her lectures are brutal to sit through.

Prema is a tuff teacher and has lots of expectations which is just like my work. I realize that she is preparing me for the future. I have learned such simple concepts as a senior when I should have known this early on. I have a new perspective because of her.

What an arrogant human being! She is obviously too much in love with herself to realize that she is the most ridiculous professor in the department. Her assignments are a waste of time and her expectations out of this world. When will the department finally get rid of her?

i dont see why everyone is complaining yes she is strict but that is college your going to have tough classes. just because you wait the night before to study isnt her fault. people read the book and take lecture notes and you will do well. she is very helpfull just go and ask if you need help

I don't know why anyone doesn't like her! I think she is a good teacher. She explains things well. Maybe the tests and quizes are a bit tough. You kids need to open your eyes and realize your in college. Ask for help if you don't get something. Just do what she asks and you'll be ok!

I would say this is an extremely tough class to wrap around at the start, with floor types and thread counts and what not, but I think the front-office stuff will be easier. Yes shes crazy and yes she sometimes gives one word quizes, but from what I've heard she is much better than she used to be. You have to take the class anyway and shes the only teacher so...

Very horrible, she likes to make things harder then they should be. Her TA was more helpful then she ever was. On our terms test she never said we could use answers more then once, and her response Thats your fault for not asking. I feel I did not learn anything in class. Why is she still teaching. Avoid at all costs

First off, I don't think this woman has EVER worked in a real hotel a day in her life! I took her class during her maternity leave also, and I had to correct her several times - I've worked in many hotels. The class was more helpful and fun when Steve and the student assistant taught it.
