You will for sure learn a lot in this class, however he is extremely harsh in his feedback and is not afraid of openly mocking students in front of the class when you mess up. Be prepared to cry a lot and make sure if you pick a good group because if they go down you all go down.

Syllabus guidelines for final paper is very confusing and is very strict on attendance. I asked him for help via email several times and received very little feedback or none at all. Honestly, he is not really a helpful professor when it comes down to student needs. Also, he does not give any extra credit.

This is by far the most difficult studio that I have had, but also the studio which has taught me the most. His intense structural detail requirements are guaranteed to make students learn.

Pu is a great designer and a highly intelligent professor. His personality and teaching style is to be desired. Grading structure is too dependent on the final. Moves through slides too fast, then wonders why students don't get the material. Answers questions before the speaker is done talking. Not a very pleasant class, kind of dictatorish.

Only professor that teaches how to design conventional architecture with cost estimate, and market value with full drawing set (including g: ceiling plan!) If you want to do Frank Gerry style architecture, you must know how it is built and the study the possible market value to convince him.

stinky breath, can't understand him, he spits when he speaks, and he never washes his clothes--or even his body for that matter. GROOOOOOSSSSSSS. and he bites off of students work and he doesn't know anything about structure.
