His grading and curve is very liberal (50% is a C), but his lectures are extremely unclear and hard to follow. He may be a very good teacher for upper division classes, but he can't teach at all to 210 students, who have never taken an EE course before. Stay away from this guy...

Grading is completely subjective. I think I'd be better of rolling dice for a grade in this class. He'll make up reasons for taking points off. Also, about 85% of the course material was already covered in CE 205 (Statics).

He did 1 or 2 problems a day and he would get them WRONG!!! Unprepared & doesn't explain his work. Expects students to know it all. Very hard midterms but gives partial credit for trying the problems. Never gives HW/quizzes, leaves it all up to you. Bases his grade on 2 mids & 1 final. DO NOT TAKE!!

Worst Teacher ever. Not very clear. I did all the assignments got them back with A's and B's and he gave me a D!!! Talked to him about it and he said he would fix it but never did i keep emailing him and just ignores it.

Prof Das is a horrible teacher. Every day in class he would spend the whole lecture doing one or two examples. No real lecturing and the exaples would be hard to follow since he did not come prepared. Hard to understand what he says sometimes and can be rude to students who asquestions.

He's a really nice guy. I was easily bored in his class though, but he has the best intentions for his students.
