He is a nice man... just terrible at conveying information. I had him for physics lab, and every time he spoke, I was more confused than when he had begun. Blanket grades, points off for the tiniest of errors. I would say avoid him, but for the most part there is no alternative.

Physics Lab. Bless this man's soul. He was very nice and sweet, despite being kind of imposing, but he's not the best at explaining what he means. I'm a hard working student, and I had to re-do some labs because the explanations were unclear. The lab quizzes are hard but don't worry about those. He's not a bad teacher, and he's a very sweet man.

Tests were ridiculous. He told us what was going to be on the first test, and NONE of that material was on there. The homework programs were not too bad. I had a B average on classwork/homework, and a D average on tests. I got a B on the final and slipped by with a B on the class average somehow. I like Dr. Butler as a person, but not a teache
