This is the absolute worst professor at this campus. Good luck understanding a single word he says. He barely knows what he's doing up there and get angry when you don't understand something.

He is extremely hard to understand, and is quite conceited. Tries to help students understand sometimes, but ultimately fails for the most part. And, the grading is 70% tests, and there were two total.

He teaches from a data analytics point of view, but we are all random business majors required for this class. He was really nice and went easy on the homework, I feel like he would be a good prof for those techy classes. But for a basic class like this, he was too hard and didn't make it understandable even though you could tell he was trying.

Misra's class is decent. As a professor he is a bad, unorganized, and is not able to relay his knowledge to students very well. However, if you pay minimal attention and are willing to teach yourself the material before the exams you should be fine. Exams are 70% of grade and there are only 2. Would not take again, but not very hard to get a B.

Misra is ok, He means well but the classes are average. He will pester people to participate so during the mornings when your tired you might get ticked off. A handful of quizzes I believe 7, he takes the top 5 best scores so it's nice. Midterm and Final are kinda tough but just pay attention slightly and you'll pass. Textbook will go 50/50

This is by far the worst professor I have ever taken at MSU. He doesn't care about the students at all and has no idea how to teach. There are multiple quizzes which you can use notes and laptop but if you don't know what you are doing you are screwed. Also he will take your paper away if you take more than 10 minutes. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!

Compared to other INFO 300 courses, this course revolves around Statistics. All quizzes and tests are open computer, but if you do not understand Statistics it is not worth taking this Professor. He knows a lot but the material he teaches is extremely difficult to understand and he thinks he knows everything.

Dr. Misra prepares you in this course to be a Systems Analyst. The project you complete in this course is detailed and prepares you for a career in IT. He has extensive work experience, as he relates to his past experience through out his lectures. Highly recommend to take him. He is understanding and wants you to bring on challenges.

Honestly he's one of those Prof how thinks he knows everything but doesnt. You'll be asleep in lectures but the work is easy but tedious. The only advice is to to participate in class otherwise the highest grade you could possible get is a B+.

Horrible professor. He is very condescending and talks down on you. Lectures are so boring and he doesn't explain anything. Get ready to teach yourself the material. If you go to his office hour he will tell you to read the book and give attitude if you ask him to explain it. DO NOT HIS TAKE CLASS FOR INFO 300!!

This is a hard class but Ram makes it do able . I was so afraid of this class at first Bc he seems stuck up , but he is nice . He could have been more helpful but he gives you what you need and then your on your own. He doesn't baby anyone . Take notes you can't pass the exams without notes and doing the hw. Come to class and take notes you'll pass

Very difficult to understand. Assigns work using programs he does not even know how to use. Gets annoyed if you ask questions. if you email him, you would be real lucky if you receive a response. if you do not understand something will tell you to read the book or teach yourself

Where do I begin? First, these "INTEGRATED CORE" classes are a big mistake MSU made with business students. It is bad enough the workload we have for all 4 courses that must be taken at the same time, and this prof. does NOTHING to help his students learn the material carefully. The book doesnt help, neither does he. Yup, withdrew already.

This was the worst class I've taken in the MBA program. The worst part? It's so important for future managers! His lectures were not clear and he only used screenshots from the textbook. If you had any questions, he made you feel like you were asking a stupid question. The final exam was extremely hard, way above the level of what he taught.

1.5 credit class - one of the worst experiences so far. Explanations are very unclrear and confusing. A LOT of homework, take home final. Professor is helpful but that does not make up for lack of explaining. I would recommend to take a different class if you can.

Dr. Misra is a great guy. This class was very intense. HW every week that were time consuming. Online midterm and group presentation and report plus and useless HW binder. not a class for slackers.

I took this class during the summer. 4 weeks, 10 quizzes (drops 2 lowest scores), 1 final. Professor explained the material great and was extremely approachable. One of the best professors I have ever had. Definitely recommend him!
