Comment:

Jensen is an ok teacher. However she is NOT personable at all! I emailed her for help and her response was rude. The next time I emailed her I got no response! If you are GREAT at math, take her. But she is not, I repeat NOT a good teacher.

Im not strong in math, its a pretty difficult class, shes nice but you don't want to get on her bad side. Will need the book quizes come straight from homework. Don't take out phones or anything like that in the class.

Not a good teacher. She doesn't know how to make her lessons understanding. This feedback is nonsense. She is not a very good professor. If you choose to take her, DO THE HOMEWORK over and over again. You'll most likely have to teach yourself the lessons. I am not a strong math student and she was not willing to help me or work with me.

Jensen is a pretty good math professor. Her class content is not that hard if you are good at math. I am not...She has a built in curve and it helps ALOT. Her tests are pretty similiar to her classwork and there is not alot that surprises you. She has weekly quizzes and four tests total. She assins homework for practice, not a grade.

Jensen is a great professor. Come to class, listen, and do the homework! Quizzes and tests are "very similar" to homework. She doesn't collect homework, but it makes you prepared. She is a bit picky about arriving late, leaving early, or having electronics out... so arrive on time, leave when she says and put your stuff away. Recommend any day

Jensen is one of the coolest professors I have ever had. She lets you become her facebook friend...which is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch with her...she is completely down to earth, and says awesome things like "black holes appear when God divides by zero"...i would completely recommend her!!!

Dr. Jensen is an amazing teacher. The subject material is hard but she does everything possible to help you understand. She is available whenever you need her and is early to every class almost for you to ask her questions. Be prepared to do the homework but it really helps you on the tests.

Dr. Jenson was a great teacher! There was work involved but if you go to class everyday and follow what she says then you'll do just fine. She is enthusiastic and willing to help you with anything. Don't let your phone ring in class!!!

I hated this class it was really hard, she was kinda cool but she could be an ass sometimes, she locked the door on us if we were 30 secs. late and she'll kick you out if you forget to turn your phone off, and she plays favorites, if you don't understand she doesn't like you and won't help you, I got a "D" but she kept tellin I was in line for a B

This semester(Fall 05) she wasnt strict about tardyness at all. I think Dr.Jensen is the best math 199 teacher! It's a hard class but she tries to make it easy as possible! Very clear lectures. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Jensen.

Jensen is still considered on of my favorite teachers on campus. The class is difficult, but she helps so much. She will help you one on one during her office hours, and if you can't make the hours she will change them for you. I love you Dr. Jensen!!!

Dr. Jensen is a very pretty lady who is extremely intelligent (kinda nerdy - but its cute). Intro to Math Thought was very difficult - you MUST keep up with homework to survive, its not your normal math class. But Dr. Jensen was very helpful outside of class - you can aske her anything without feeling too dumb.

I LOVED Dr. Jensen. She was one of the most awesome professors. She is anal about being late, so just don't take her at 8 AM :P But otherwise she makes math MUCH more fun! I hate math but I really liked Dr. Jensen's class. I'd recommend her to anyone.
