His notes and lecture commentary are hard to call. Numbers pop up out of no where sometimes, yet others are well displayed and are solved in detail. However, found myself lost on many occasions. He is completely useless so don't bother asking him for help. DONT TAKE IF YOU ARE NOT IN ECON. now lets all spell useless together, U.S.E.L.E....

Horrible professor. Does not know what he is talking about. Midterms and exams based on memorization of random facts. He is very rude, absent minded and LAZY! Does not care about his students and should retire before he gets fired!

Lecture notes are not very useful. Lectures themselves are uninspired. The textbook, however, is quite good. I have based all my studying on it and have managed to do well, with only the occasional need to refer to the notes.

If you take good notes and memorize them, you should be fine. I agree with a previous post that it doesn't test your knowledge, just your memorization skills. The teacher is very detail oriented, so be careful.

LAZY LAZY LAZY. What a lazy prof. Does not care about the students at all. These are the kind of people with Trimarchi, Bodell, Fader and Redekop that makes the Economics Dept one of the worst one at UW. Should get rid of these people.

He wrote no notes at all and just did pure talking in the class. His class was boring. Final is 60% of your final grade and you don't have a text book to read, all depends on your notes in the class
