Comment:

Not that bad of a professor considering how much worse the rest of the physics department is. The tests are easy, he gives a review before the tests and lets you write your own cheat sheet. Just make sure you listen in class. The hw can be hard but he does go over them in class if you ask.

Really good guy but shouldn't be a teacher. Incredibly hard to understand and is constantly making errors on the board and relies on the students to help him. His labs are incredibly easy and the homework is the exact opposite because they're completely irrelevant to anything you'll do in the lectures or the labs. Tests are multiple choice.

Barely understandable. Moves at a slow pace. Handwriting is illegible often containing spelling and grammatical errors. Often makes mistakes on his work and gets the wrong answer. Has been corrected by students in class many times.

I just realized that all of the positive comments on Ramon's profile are written in his trademark poor English. I suspect he is rating himself favorably to cover up the fact that he is by far the worst professor at Wentworth. I advise that you never take his classes and contact the school to have him removed. Santos does not deserve his career.

Without a doubt the worst teacher I have ever encountered in my life. This man has no place teaching a middle school science class, nevermind college physics. He speaks in a low monotone and obviously failed basic arithmetic. I can literally recall him stepping back from the board at one point and saying "I have no idea what I'm doing right now."

yes he does shorten the classes as many other reviews have mentioned but that is not everything. if you have taken a class with him you will know that he never turns his back on the board, the guy stares at the board the ENTIRE class blabbering on and on. he does not know how to teach and the matirial is different on his homework and tests.

I took his night course, supposed to be 3:45 minutes class.. usually out after 2 1/2. His tests are based on his lectures EXACTLY. easy labs. easy tests. not really particular and gives partial credit. He's a good guy, and he has a cool accent. centi-meters.

absolutely amazing class. I took the night class with him, its suppose to be 4 hours, it only lasts 2. I learned alot. If you listen to his lectures you have a guaranteed A. He really knows what he's talking about. Take this class is you wanna learn something. (the way he says centimeters is absolutely hilarious)

He is very thorough with his lectures. He is very brief, and the easiest A you can get if you either pay attention in class with notes or read the book. Though beware, either he or the general physics class is not challenging at all. If you are planning to go to graduate school, just skip college physics I and go to engineering physics I (required)

Very easy class. I can't figure it out, how can someone get less than A in this class. He goes very slowly, he does every problem with you before exams and gives the same problems with different numbers on the exam. Good person, and good professor.
