Honestly I love the man, easy class if you like history, its straight lectures but theyre very interesting, and his tests are stupid easy. would definitely take again, the class was zero stress and just fun and interesting

Dr. Fegley's class was 95% lectures. However, he had a way of almost forming it into several little interwoven stories, which made it easy to keep attention. There were only four graded assignments all semester, two were exams. He tells you exactly what questions are going on the exam. Very knowledgeable about his subject. I recommend taking him

Fegley is awesome. He is not a tough grader at all. He tells you everything that will be on the test prior to taking it. He offers extra credit. He lectures the whole class, however, he encourages feedback and comments from students relatively often. I highly recommend this professor!

This class is the base of all lecture classes. Every class but a couple you'll be listening to him talk about the subject at hand and jot down notes. The other classes you watch a movie and write some notes or you're taking the mid-term. Otherwise the class is interesting, Dr. Fegley talks with passion and it kept me interested during the semester.

If you show up every day, he may not remember your name but he will remember your face and he is always helpful. If he sees you're really trying he'll go out of his way to help you not matter how bad you screw up. Easily one of the nicest professors I've ever had.

He's a nice guy and he really knows what hes talking about but he talks way too fast for you to take in depth notes. He will help you if you ask only thing I hated was that we had two tests and like 10 pages of notes so much to remember.

I am not his biggest fan. Very nice but doesn't really teach - only lectures. Don't need the books. Tests are easier than I expected from so much talking. It's hard to avoid him because he teaches so many levels of history. Nice guy, though.

I thought that only some parts of that class were interesting. His lectures are kind of dry at times, but he does have stories of his travel to Africa and the Middle east to back him up. He's a nice guy and his tests (3) are not that difficult. He has short answer and 2 essays as the test. An 8 page paper on a website review is also required.
