This guy is awesome. He doesn't pick on overweight people, he just makes jokes. Everyone knows that, he's a nice funny guy. He walks you through almost ANYTHING. I was new to Laredo and he helped me alot. I didn't know anything about working out until I got into his class. Don't get me wrong, he's tough on you, but he's an awesome coach.

He plays favorites, and picks on overweight people (not orally though) . If your heavy and can't keep up don't even bother. Do yourself a favor, and join a gym so you can go at your own pace. This man is a little to much on the extreme side. Will make you walk for miles!!! The credit I do give this man, is that I can walk w/out getting tired now. T
