Ray constantly diverged from the course material to share unrelated personal stories and philosophies. The lack of focus on class material is frustrating for students who are interested in learning the course material. He furthered this by blatantly stating that he found the course dry and did not want to be teaching it. All tests from online bank

When Ray says "lets go", boy do you really go. Lectures are like riding a bus with a brick on the gas pedal. Going to lectures is a must because he'll commonly drop super useful exam hints. You better be able to memorize the text though!

Over the course of the semester, Ray got progressively better as an instructor, but he would still divulge into inappropriate and unnecessary off-topics. Attending class was sometimes painful as Ray would act like he didn't want to be there as well. And of the 3 exams that make up your final grade, he only uses the textbook exam bank. Beware!

he is a great guy, he is very intellegent for taking me almost all my courses in a semester, he is very smart and hard working and funny too, he sure knows his stuffs, and shuns discrimination, and injustice in the college and his department he is very helpful and considerate.he is indeed a reargem and i love his teaching.
