He is a very nice man and seems to really care about his students. However, TOO MANY ASSIGNMENTS for a 2 credit class. 3 exmas, take home final, term project, and other assignments. Gives out a handy study sheet the week before an exam and you have the option of doing extra credit.

A boring class and a boring teacher. Just show up on time and study the handouts he gives before tests and you'll do fine. I got an A and never read a word. He does his best, but usually ends up on a soapbox talking about some trivial issue he's concerned about somewhere in the world. Its an easy A and a great place to catch up on sleep.

He seems to know exactly what he's talking about. Although I'm just taking the class as a requirment, he's doing a fairly good job at keeping it interesting (as long as you pay attention to what he's saying). Some of his rules are a little weird, like how if your a few minutes late to class you just "shouldn't come" but it could be worse. He's a pretty nice guy too.

wow@these reviews, he was great in tha class I had him in. funny,chill,lets you bring in CDs,we even had dumb little races to see who could swim underwater the farthest or touch tha bottom of tha pool tha fastest. lomax is a great teacher.
