The best professor I have since two semesters ago. He is the only one who can actually explain things so that you can understand it. All other 300 level and 400 level accounting/finance professor don't know what they are talking about or fly through the lecture like you are suppose to know everything already

Comment:

Wilson is great. In class, he's hilarious, engaging, and clear. He simplifies concepts and makes them easy to understand, while still cracking jokes and having fun. It's hard not to pay attention, and this is in an intro to finance class (not inherently fun). Outside of class, he's readily available for office hours and timely with email responses.

For advanced accounting, professor Wilson was great. He is a tough, but fair tester. He explains the material very well, and makes it more engaging. He emphasized important topics so that you know what to focus on, and he only assigns necessary hw, without drowning you in excess assignments. Overall tough, but great class.

Wilson is the best professor i've had so far at BU. He's very passionate about teaching and is super helpful in and outside of class. He really knows a lot about what the material and is super funny guy, too. Take his class you won't regret it!

Really enjoyed having Professor Wilson. Always engaging in discussion, and encourages class participation. Is very critical during class presentations--make sure to limit words on PP, and have consistent slides! Very personable in office hours. Makes accounting bearable. Consider yourself lucky if you have him for SM 121/122.

Do whatever you have to in order to take this with Wilson, even if you have to take it in the summer. He makes accounting easy and class is always entertaining. Straightforward, doesn't take crap... favorite professor at BU so far.

Wilson is a fabulous professor and extremely entertaining. He WANTS students to do well, and to go on to be accounting majors, so he does his best to make accounting comprehensible and fun. If you DON'T love math or accounting (I certainly don't), take Wilson, he'll make it fun for you.
