Possibly the worst class I had at the U of C. None of the lectures or labs prepare you in any way for the exams. Extremely unclear and disorganized. Made a comment about the students getting dumber every year and complained about the University frequently.

He structures lectures like a soft sciences class and tests like a physics class. Unless you have a strong background in physics coming in, watch your step.

The midterm and final were basically IQ tests. They were not graded on a curve, because, according to Ray, "if you send a rocket ship into space, there is no partial credit". I found that reasoning to make absolutely no sense.

This guy looks and acts just like the guy on the Auqualung album. Very unclear and rambles about how UC is cheating us, blah blah blah. Avoid this guy, there are ALOT better here to choose from.
