He's rude as all hell. Really smart mouth! He's pretty clear in class, gets frustrated when you ask him a question about what he said though. The tests are extremely difficult, You need to know your notes front to back and the other way around. He says anything he says in class could be on the test! I'll never take him again!

Amazing teacher. One of the few professors I've had that I believe knows more than the book. Tests are pretty difficult but he gives you everything you need for them in class.

I was registered for honors biology and had done quite well in it the semester before, but I was switched to BY102 due to too few for honors class. He gives you a lot of info and explains it very clearly. However, his tests are off the wall! Much of his tests have nothing to do with what was said in class. Awful!! NOT recommended! BAD!!!

Very good professor, has good insight to material and very up-front with everyone. Don't be late! If you have personal issues, let him know, he'll work around them with you, and not against you. I recommend highly for anyone needing BIO 101 and for Pre-Nursing majors.

I am not the biggest fan for Biology but, overall he was a wonderful professor! As long as you go to class and study your notes you should make a decent grade! I am not a big fan of Whetstone. Why does he feel he needs to call roll when there is o attendance policy? He wasn't easy to me. I can only remember so many things for a test. I was overwhelmed.
