She took off half points for an essay question because I put the wrong pH number. She's a tough grader. She's so smart that she can't break it down. Her notes are hard to follow. Her tests are too specific to be practical. I would never take a class from her again. If you can, take biochemistry somewhere else.

Dr. Scott's class was my favorite last year! The subject material was challenging in nature, but she made it manageable by being very organized in her approach, which I really appreciated . Biochem is a hard subject, but she made me love it, as well as thoroughly learn it. With hard work and a positive attitude you can succeed!

She is not very clear when teaching and is too smart to break everything down. Not very helpful when you go to her office. I went there looking for help, but she sat there barely giving me any information. I feel like professors are there to help you and teach you. I have never experienced a class where I had no clue what to study and no guidance.

Rhonda Scott is extremely intelligent and knows her stuff well. However, she's too smart to teach students who don't understand chemistry and don't have a strong background in chem. I strongly urge you to take from anyone else, though Mrs. Scott is nice, it's extremely frustrating and discouraging to take a class from her. I have regretted it.

She is smart but doesn't understand if you have personal or medical issues. Tests are too specific to be practical but the class is doable for an A if you study 2-4 hours a day.

Dr. Scott was a great professor, it doesn't matter how many questions you ask she takes the time to answer them. Homework is usually confusing but she gives handout during class that help with the homework. We had exams every Friday. Overall, Dr. Scott is a very good teacher, she is passionate about what she teaches, and cares about her students.

Dr. Scott is an amazing professor to start off your college career. I've taken her for my SmartStart, and she takes the time to understand what each student is struggling with. The homework can be a bit hard to understand, but she is very helpful when it comes to asking questions you have. For SS, we only had exams every Friday.

If you like Chemistry or don't mind it, this class shouldn't be too hard. She gives practice tests & spends class time going through daily worksheets & small experiments. If you don't like Chem, this class will be a pain.
