After graduating, I have finally learned that getting the grade does not always mean you learned something. I can honestly say that he needs to either quit or be fired. There is too much drama with him. He needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut, and when to acutally teach. He is a great guy, has bad jokes, and really smart, but needs to show it

He is a really good down-to-earth teacher! Lots of dry humor, but you get used to it! Lab was interesting, and lecture got boring at times. Not a bad class.. awesome guy! Ohh yeah.. class crams a lot into a small time frame!

Very good professor. The class is somewhat difficult, and is sometimes hard to follow. The lab is alright. Overall a good guy. Chemistry is just hard I think. Watch out for his dry humor. It's brutal.

Bliel is a good professor. His statistics on this board seem to reflect some sort of sampling error. I took chem I and II in 01-02, and he went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going on. All questions were entertained, and I have been able to apply the knowledge gleaned from his lectures-

I have really enjoyed Dr. Bliel in the chemistry classes that I have taken. He gets more enjoyable in the upper level classes as the class size gets smaller and you get to know him better.
