not a good proff, but here's some pointers. the m/t is assignment q's & a q'n on the project, he marks that hard. he marks the project super easy. the final is assignment q's, (really easy). the assignments themselves are confusing, the answers are simple but the hard part is understanding the q'n. jst memorize the assignment for the final.

In 4 years of University, he's the worst prof I've encountered. He doesn't listen to and won't answer questions, doesn't show for office hrs, doesn't respond to emails or phone messages! The class average before final was 62%, and the project was useless. Would be a great course with a different prof. Stay away from Chesley if you can!!!

dreadful prof! Does not answer questions and doesnt make himself available during office hours. Doesnt respond to emails or phone messages. If he doesnt like your written answers for problems, you get**** marks. Term project is a waste of time and doesnt make any sence. Notes are terrible. No help whatsoever. Avoid him like the plague.

Just awful... Way too hard, he didn't want to explain anything.. I remember arguing with him for half a class about some stupid problem he was wrong about and he wouldn't admit it. However, at least the complexity of his classes did help prepare me for the UFE, since he used to go over over UFE questions and marking keys.

Dick is a very confusing teacher but also a very easy marker. I did absolutely nothing in the seminar and still passed with a B+. ps. If you don't like to feel dumb, don't take his class.

I learned a lot from his teaching method and his tactics were similar to those taught to students studying for the UFE. His class was hard but he was always available after class for help. This class was a starting point for me passing the UFE.
