What he teaches and what he expects you to know on the exams is often NOT the same thing. Calculus class was a joke, but the homework was essential. It got to the point where I would be half asleep in class, but excel simply because I did the homework problems.

Statistics is a real pain. If you do take Fast, don't do a morning class, it will be a sleeper for sure. Because he's not the most interesting prof. it's easy to day dream. I'd say choose another prof.
