Comment:
Mr. Freeman was the best teacher I had in college. Easy class have to pay very close attention, he makes class very interesting and the tests are easy. No homework, 3 exams whole semester would take it again. DO not listen to the other bad ratings he was a very good teacher and I wish I had him for other business classes I am taking.

Great professor, one of my favorites. If you pay attention and listen to what he says, you will do well on his tests, he pretty much asks for the things he will tell you in class rather than things in the book. Listen and prepare and it will be easy.

A hands on experience professor, I really like that. He enjoys economics and it shows. He brings in recent periodicals all the time that show the importance of what we are learning today. I now even subscribe to "The Economist" magazine. He makes the class very interesting. You dont need a book, he will give outline but book is helpful.

The class is easy, but you do have to do minimal studying. Class discussions are interesting and fun. No book; he gives outlines of each chapter so we get the main ideas needed for exams. First exam all multiple choice and T/F, last 2 exams were 4-5 easy short answer questions with even easier bonus questions. Taking him for micro this semster!

One of the worst professors. Doesnt give weekly tests - brags about how he exploits people overseas for his own company making jewelry. How can you teach about economics and then exploit the very people you talk about? When you check the homework, your able to go over questions for those who are there that want to learn! You need to do that!

Unlike the other students, I was not interested in his "personal spin." I prefer a more balanced objective approach to teaching. The book did an excellent job of accomplishing this. The tests were fair and objective, and he grades on a scale. The course web site was very helpful and I did not have to take the final.

I took this professor for both Macro and Micro economics. If he taught any other classes I'd take him for those as well. He makes class interesting and isn't afraid to voice his opinion. As long as you read the chapters and pay attention in class you will do fine.

His exams cover alot but he knows his stuff. He tries to make the subject interesting by talking about things from today that can relate to the book so its not so boring. He makes you think in a whole new way about how you spend and save money. I'd take him again.

Absolutely enjoyed this course. He makes Economics very interesting and puts a "personal" spin on it so you can relate. Highly, highly recommend taking him! His tests are very fair! I was not interested in Economics until I took him. He made me think differently, which is what it's all about!

Did well, but you gotta remember that economics is NOT an easy subject. He's a good professor to take. Class discussions/lectures are interesting. Exams cover a lot, but they are fairly graded. I'd take him again. (Macro)

He is a very difficult, if you enjoy learning 6 chapters per test, if you want extra credit he does believe in it.
