Comment:

One of the worst professors I have ever had. He teaches straight from the book and when asked questions his answers do not in any way answer the question. The humor he uses is crude and has no place in the classroom. You must agree with his perspective and point of view or else you become ostracized.

This teacher has been late and absent so many times, it's to the point that if ccp wasn't so cheap, I'd be asking for a refund. He's impairing the learning of his students, and if you miss one class, he expects you to get all the material from someone else in class, but doesn't give you the opportunity to ask him about it. I do not recommend him.

Easy class too pass, If you study you will pass the class. Easy laid back teacher doesn't really ask for much just show up and study . If you don't have the book you will not pass his class, So don't think by just by writing down power points is going to help cause u have to have to have the book . If you really wanna know about psyc101 take it

He has a temper, I don't know why no one else mentioned that. Miss a day, and you'll miss 100 multiple choice quiz hw and a 5 page paper given and due next week. Whatever you miss you get a 0, he has ZERO regard for a emergencies. No make ups no late work. He doesn't care about lateness but does for attendance. Long lectures but wont teach you!

A very nice man and a very laid back class. Show up, hand in tests and paper on time. Gives about 3 tests all are take home and answers can be found in the book and online. Also assigns 1 term paper due at the end of the semester. Very easy going and friendly, lectures aren't bad if you have people who participate in discussions. Would take again.

I enjoyed the class he's the second class that we made it through the text book. Yes his test are hard and a 100 question long. But they are take home test. However I personally don't think his class is and easy A, because you have four days to complete them. Also you have to write a term paper that's due with the final exam. He's up there in age.

Professor Greer is super easy. If you take him part time its about 3 12 hour class; his lectures are super long and boring all his test are "take home,even the final" he is an old man who wants zero issues. Buy the book because the take home test are base on the book. This is an easy A, take this class with a hard class you'll be fine for the term

His class is BORING! He lectures straight from the textbook/powerpoints and it is very hard t o sit through. The test are hard and long but he lets you take them home. As long as you have the textbook you'll do just fine. There is also a final paper due at the end of the semester. If you just want an easy A without learning, take the class!

EASY A!! GET THE BOOK! Your grade depends on it. The test were HARD 100 questions multi choice all take home. The students seemed more interested than he did all he did was read directly off powerpoints. but easy class

A very easy prof. Easy A as long as you have the book! Gives take home test and a term paper for finals. However, I barely learn anything from this class. If you want to learn dont take him. If you want to get rid of Psych 101 from ur list...take him then!

I recently took Prof. Greer this past semester. He gives 3 take home test and 1 final exam along with a research paper. His take home test are very tedious mostly multiple choice with a few essay ?'s He speaks in a monotone but i received an A!!!!

I think the class was easy. It is hard to sit through the lectures but you can cope with it. FYI for anyone taking the class in the future he is supposed to be planning to change the textbook. He doesn't seem like a bad guy but the class was boring at times.

I'm a little surprised by some of these comments because I found Prof Greer immensely helpful and a lot of fun to learn from. I got more from this class than any of the other psych courses I've taken at ccp and I've taken most of them. Would take another of his classes in a heartbeat.
