Be ready to teach yourself. You will learn a lot about his neighbours and family. The test is 50 multiple choice questions and he gives answers to at least 10 during review. He is really nice person, but you will not learn anything important. You will also be required to write 3 papers - summary and opinion, 4 if you need extra credit. Easy class.

If you're a person who learns best through lectures; don't take this class. To try to understand a word he is saying is beyond impossible. His sentence structures are horrible. Every two words he uses "ums" and "uhs", and every sentence he uses the words "dynamic" and "ultimately". He starts certain topics and then just doesn't finish it. Dont take

Very sweet man but you won't learn anything. He talks about his life the whole time, so you'll probably end up doing other work. There were 2 exams and 1 presentation. I found exam review on quizlet which made the tests way more easier (he reviews too so that helps), and you can find the txtbk online for the presentation so don't buy it.

He talks about his life the majority of the class. Bring your laptop or other work to do because you will fall asleep. His grading criteria is so unclear. There is no clear syllabus that tells you what you're supposed to be learning.

Very sweet old man, but does not teach!! You will have to teach yourself the material out of the textbook. Talks a lot abt personal experience, unrelated to the class. Gives out four assignments all weighted the same and will give EC if you ask also he does curve the midterm. If you care about gpa do not take.

Professor Ozehosky is such a chill guy. He has so many stories to tell. A majority of his lectures are about his life and experience. While many say that he doesn't necessarily "teach", i think that these stories are fine for sophmore seminar since there is no curriculum and the purpose of the class is to gain a better understanding of the field

All he does is talk about his life and patients. He seems nice but you really won't learn anything unless you crack open the textbook.

Isnt a bad man. Midterm, final, paper, sign in sheet. Didnt learn anything because he talks about his patients in relation to some of our coursework. Other to that, hes one of those classes you can get alot of other work done in. Avoid if you really care about child psych lol

He is a very sweet man, but he only ever tells stories about his experience. If you never go to class you probably know just as much as someone who goes. Sign in sheet... As a person I like him, as a professor I have learned nothing from him.

He loves to talk about his experiences. He is so sweet. Sign in sheet, but only a midterm and final test multiple choice. His lectures are so funny too!

He is a great man - interesting, funny - but not a great professor. His lectures had little relevance to the actual test material come time for the midterm and final. I liked him a lot as a person, but he would sometimes mention material we needed to know without actually explaining it or mentioning it a second time. Get ready to teach yourself!

richard does NOT teach he just talks about his life, he does NOT go by the textbook he assigns so dont get it, and basically it'll be study hour during class you can get so much work done, theres a midterm and final that he gives reviews for but theyre so dumb you cant even count on those to do well. dont take him you'll get irritated

Attendance taken. I do work on my laptop and he doesn't mind, during class he tells stories about his clients. Nice guy, curves the tests and makes them easy. You have to read the chapters to pass the tests. Memorize the key info yourself, since he doesn't discuss much in class. Has a review class before the test which helps a lot. Would recommend!

I have taken his class twice already God know why! He is a very good person but the way he teaches is so confusing he doesn't even reference the textbook so you can't study from it. The tests can go either of two ways really easy, or really hard. Honestly even if you show up to class and do all the other work he will just look at the final grade :(

Honestly, the greatest old man you'll ever meet but he literally will not teach you anything. It's a shame that he is the only teacher pretty much who teaches the course because you don't learn anything with him. All he does is talk about his life and then gives you the midterm or final and expects you to nail it. Try to not take his class.

He's a nice old man who usually spends the majority of the class talking about his life. He will help you if you need help with your grade and usually curves the tests. 1 midterm 1 final 1 project and participation counts each counting as 25% as your grade. Had him for health psych & it was the same. His lecture is boring so bring something to do.

Hes a really nice old man but he does not teach at all. I guess when the midterm happened and half the class failed he finally realized that, so he tries to throw in a term from the textbook once in a while when he is talking about himself. Cant get an A in a class if you have no idea what is going to be on the tests because he doesnt cov

He's a very nice professor but he doesn't teach. All he does every class is just talk about his experience. When it comes to reviewing for exams, just listen carefully and take notes. He has one project, very short, simple and easy. Bring something with you like homework assignments, etc cause you'll end up falling asleep.

He's a really great guy! He likes to tell stories, but only cause he has so much experience in the field. He's super easy. He hates that people skip his class, and always makes comments about it. Easy midterm and final. One project. Class can be interesting depending on the people. Helpful for grad school questions. He knows his stuff
