Horrible teacher, very hard. I'm a history major and love this stuff but he makes me want to change majors now. You only have 3 test that are 2 essay questions. He rambles on in class and don't worry about notes, he doesn't give them. Read Read Read!! But even that won't help.

HE IS SO HARD! I had to withdraw from his class, ALL HIS TEST CONSIST OF TWO ESSAY QUESTIONS, and he grades very hard. I would suggest NOT taking him, i made that mistake.

Two Words...ESSAY TESTS!!! This class was a total nightmare. He rambles on and on and gets off topic a lot. He tells history according to what he thinks is right. This class is frustrating and darn near impossible. DO NOT take him and if you have him DROP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish someone would have told me this so take heed to my advice

when I first read this I was terrified because I couldnt drop the class. Class is not mandatory and it is really boring, he lectures the ENTIRE period and does not give any notes. READ THE BOOK. The only grades in the class are 3 tests and each test has 2 essay questions. Study before the test and read the book and you will do fine!!

As long as you study the notes and make sure you are familiar with all the information you will be fine on the test, he also likes you to throw in some facts from the text book. Just STUDY for the test and you will do fine in the class. I am no history buff and I had a high B!

AntiWar Film was the best class I had in college, and I was an art major! Dr. Miller shared with us his very personal experience with war, and the historical relevance behind such films as Born on the 4th of July and Full Metal Jacket. Inspiring!
