he might be a good chem prof for upper division classes, but a lot of 6a students are taking it for GE. he lost my midterm (it was his fault since he eventually found it in the wrong folder) and the whole time in his office hours he was giving me attitude... definitely avoid if possible. rice, if you're reading this, CHILL OUT.

let me be honest, the class is really easy if you put in a lot of time. however, most normal people don't want to put in the effort. do not expect to do well if u don't try hard. tests have a lot of trick questions, he tests on special cases that go against trends.. ie, the periodic table

He is a terrible teacher. He makes students who ask questions feel just stupid. His lectures are boring, even the most alert students struggle to stay awake. Every test of his I walked out of felt like the worst exam I had ever taken in my life. Avoid him at all costs!

I thought his lectures are OK but his tests are hard like hell. I do very well in all my chem classes so far but in his class it's the only exception. Average on his tests are almost always an F so he do curve the class. Take any1 but him!!!!

you have to be self-entertaining to sit through his lectures. bring a crossword. he was knowledgeable and helpful one-on-one. he grew on me and this tests were easy.
