HORRIBLE! Gives impossible tests that consists of many proofs. Don't take him. He failed me and most of my friends from that class. I have a feeling he rates himself because there is no way anyone can honestly give him such positive reviews.

Great guy, but his tests are impossible. All my friends and I who took this class failed it. He screwed up my first quarter of my college career, thereby causing me to go in a downward spiral. I don't understand what the rave about him is about. He assigns only the even problems. I need answers to know if I am doing it correctly. Not recommended.

Rick is THE best math teacher here on campus, PERIOD. EVERYBODY goes to him for office hours, whether you're in mat 16, 17, 21 or 22, he knows everything. Whoever gave him a bad review below must've never shown up or wasnt even fit for college because he will do everything in his power to help a student. Simply put, he knows everything about math

His tests are IMPOSSIBLE! He had us do PROOFS during a 50 minute test... ridiculous... If you are planning to take his co-classes, i would advise you to think twice - the order he covers material often in does NOT follow the that of the class the co-class is for, making it twice, if not more, harder for you catch up.
