Comment:

This is one of my favorite teachers of all time, he is a little hard to understand but if you go to his office and actually show that you have an interest in computer science he will help you achieve. You have to really work to get a good grade, start assignments early and revise revise until they are right. Always improve your work even if done.

Dr. Chow knows his stuff, but he doesn't teach it all that well. He expects you to do a lot of outside reading and coding on your own, which is to be expected. In class, he just gives general overviews of his handouts. It would help if he actually worked code in class, but his course isn't terrible.

A very nice guy. Just a boring class. Quite a few times he said he would give us an opportunity to do homework during the second half of the class and then he took the whole time lecturing. This class itself is just a class for someone who has no knowledge of computers, if you do it will be an easy A if you do the homework.
