After reading reviews, I was completely nervous to take this class. Not bad at all! This was a 3-day course. You learn so much but it is SO long. It could be condensed! You do have to write a 8-12 page (single spaced) paper that is due at the end of the semester but the topic he gives you isn't hard to write that.

Rick has to be the worst teacher in history. I don't know how he has a job. He asks you to call his cell phone if you have questions but never once has he answered my calls, or texts. He only got back to me after about 15 attempts to get a hold of him (not kidding). And then he scheduled a time we could talk further, and of course missed that. BAD

SST 3563. Biggest joke of a teacher you can imagine. Doesn't return texts or calls (how he asks you to reach him). Doesn't return emails or canvas messages. Completely inept. Tests are insanely hard, and answers nonexistent. All other sales teachers are great. Dove is horrific! So bad, this is my first ever review of a teacher and I am graduating.

I took this class with high hopes to learn some leadership skills. By the end of the class i couldn't believe that he was the professor they chose to teach this subject. He was rude to students he kicked two kids out of the class, he gave 2 students 20 page papers and made one student walk out. His class consisted of him telling stories of his past

professor Dove is incredibly Rude. He will sit down to help you only if you call and leave constant messages. He is not clear in what he wants at all and takes it WAY to seriously. I do no wish this class on anyone under any circumstances. Take from Angela short if you have to. But NOT from him. I did everything he had in the syllabus plus more.

Dove takes it way too seriously. But I had fun with my team. Just show up on time and don't expect to take any real breaks, some days will be 9 hours. He went ballistic on 2 kids who were 5 minutes late from their break (one was diabetic and one was foreign and barely spoke English). Made them write 20 pages vs the 9 for the rest of us. Not my fav.

This class was a good class, you learn a little, and build a relationship with your team members. The book is too expensive for what it is, and has absolutely no re-sale value. The term paper is way too long, and he doesn't grade them til the end of the term.

Great guy who has been teaching a long time. I enjoyed his teaching style and took the class in person as is required. I got along well with the professor and I think he takes genuine interest in his students. i do think his term paper length is excessive though 12 pages single spaced.

Im surpised by some of the comments. I have had him several times, all online but one. He isnt good about returning email But if you CALL him he will get back to you ASAP. He even lists his cell phone on the syllabus. Easy teacher but i have always learned a lot in his courses and would highly recommend him

I took this class online and it was a joke. His busy work assignments are not that tough, but his tests are multiple choice, with answers A-J. Half of the answers are nowhere to be found in the textbook. I tried to contact him a number of times, and he never gets back to you. All and all, Dove is not very good.
