Lectures are very long and boring. She barely talks about sociology. She will call on you no matter what and force an answer out of you. She does offer extra credit. Written assignments due about every 2-3 weeks. The written assignment instructions were always very confusing and not clear at all. Cellphones and laptops are a big no in class.

The homework instructions are unclear and she will force an answer out of you in class even if you dont know the answer. If youre on your phone she will call you out and kick you out of class. Her lectures are boring. Barely taught sociology just gave examples of things

Amazing professor! Very detailed and knowledgeable. Assignments due every week and you basically read the entire textbook but the class is very interesting. She grades fair and gives good feedback; I received extra points on almost all the assignments I handed in. A week before the final assignment she emailed me and said I was getting an A.

Such a difficult professor. You must post a response within 24 hours or she takes points off of discussion interactivities. Boring discussions. I would be mindful of the heavy workload of the coarse prior to taking. If you have a busy schedule I would recommend a different coarse. She is not very understanding with her her online students.

she is definitely intelligent and I did learn from this class, but to be completely honest she is so dramatic and rude! If you get a question wrong she WILL make you look like an idiot. Maybe I am bias about the papers because I'm not the best at them, but they are SO confusing and if you don't get it you will definitely get a bad grade on them.

I personally loved my experience with prof sakitt. Such a sweet lady, her lectures are very interesting. She takes cell phone use very offensive but who wouldent.. its rude essays were a bit difficult, but overall loved her class. Deff recommend

Ugh. Boring lectures that you'll zone out in. She ask you questions by surprise and put you on the spot, if you can't come up with a proper response then your in deeper trouble. Grades are based on attendance, participation, and essays. Essays are the big grades, however all the information you need to know isn't explained in class at all.

If you need a flexible online class this isn't for you. She wants things done on a certain date at a certain time. So if you work like most students who take online classes do this will be hard and she doesn't care. She wants things done her way. The work isn't horrible but her rules are. I would not recommend taking this at all!

Shoots down student ideas and is a BIG fan of randomly calling on students so if you're shy, dont think you can hide in the back. Doesnt give students enough time to think about the difficult question she asks and puts you on the spot often making you look like a fool. No tests but essays assigned throughout semester which she grades very harshly

She may come across as nice and sweet. However she is strict and not interesting. I spent all week finishing an essay and got a 7/10 the main reason I lost 3 points was because it didn't mention "tool"! She said that all the information was on the website. It's not like her lecture are eduacational anyways, another professor that goes off topic!

She is a very smart woman, very well educated and knows a lot about the subject. you need to do a lot of reading and writing but its worth it. You will get an A if you put an effort and do hard work . I would recommend it if you really want to learn.
