I did drop my Hospitality major but I loved him! He is wonderful and I definitely recommend him! It made a class that I wasn't really enjoying so much better!

Comment:

McMullin is my favorite professor at ESU and the best professor in the HRTM department. He is down to earth and is full of corny jokes. Lectures aren't boring, quizzes are easy, gives extra credit and curves the final. Not to mention the absolute BEST field trips in the whole university. Great guy.

Dr. McMullin is the man! such a great guy, laid back, means well. Respect him and he will respect you back. Test can be a little difficult, but do your homework and participate and it will help. Makes class fun and interesting. Had him for multiple classes and he is helpful. Missed a quiz and let me make it up! Also dropped the lowest grade

Not a difficult course. Biggest piece of advice to do well- go to class and listen. If you go to class and show an interest, he will learn your name and help you. Take assignments, quizzes and tests seriously, there aren't many points for the class which gives you little room for error. Tests and quizzes are tricky but you get used to it.

You definally have to get on his good side. Be on time to class and participate ALOT!! That's key to him. Once he knows your name, u'll never get below a C in his class. Tests are hard though & tricky!

Somehow the Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism management department was blessed with such great professors so I can't officially say Robby M is the best, but he's amoung them for sure. I love listening to this guy and I get a lot from him. He requires that you work a fair amount, but that's fine. The low-down on him is that he's an Eagles fan.

Dr. Bob's informal approach to teaching is more beneficial than having some cornball lecture for 15 weeks. The man has plenty of experience in the hospitality industry and that benefits his students. He is one of few professors who gives beneficial assignments instead of busy work.
