Her test are relatively easy and she makes a study guide from her notes that she puts online, highlighting the topics that will be on the exam and gives you all the possible essay prompts for them (typically 3 on the study guide). 2 will be test questions (only have to write 1) and the other will be bonus. Everything will be in her online notes.

She gets off topic very easily and lectures are very VERY boring. Tests are mostly fill in the blank, matching, and a essay question. Theres bonuses but they are in the form of essays and each part has to be answered correctly. Gives lecture notes but they are 8-12 pages long. Drops lowest test grade. Only other grade is a library project.

If you pretend to care and ask an occasional question after class you will get major brownie points. Coming from someone who DOES NOT take notes, you have to take notes or you won't pass. But if you listen carefully you'll pass easy. I had 29 pages front and back of notes for the final. Short essay questions on tests. She tells you the prompt.

very sweet lady, but horrible teacher. she rambles for the longest times and the study guides were extremely long. do not take her if you don't have to.

Her lectures are long. She tends to get off topic. She gives you notes to go by - well packets. I made a D on my first test - but the rest I made high A's after I saw her testing methods - there is matching, fill in the blanks, essays (she gives it to you before hand). A con about her, she drops the lowest test grade at the end of the semester.

I hate this professor. Her lectures are difficult to follow, I don't know where she wants us to take notes and where she's just talking. She is extremely irritating. I didn't do well on the first test because I didn't know what to study. I will never take this teacher again.

Mrs. Stokesberry is a great professor. She is very caring, compassionate, and she knows her stuff. I didn't buy the textbook. I took notes and followed her study guide and made an A in her class. She is really hilarious but she respects her students. Test a 100% of what she goes over in class, no surprises.

Mrs. Stokesberry was my hardest class my first semester. She doesn't have many tests so slacking or laziness in her class could cost you and its hard to make up for a slip up on a bombed test. If you're looking to pass the class that shouldn't be a problem, but if you desire an A then you are going to have to work for it.

Mrs. Stokesberry might seem really hard to handle at first, but give her a few weeks and I promise she will turn into one of your favorite professors. She goes over everything on her tests, and she will not throw you curve balls. Be sure your note taking, studying, and listening skills are up to par because her tests come from her lectures.

Mrs. Stokesberry is a great teacher and person. She cares for her students and wants them to do well. Her lectures can be very boring at times, but the class is extremely easy. I never made less than a 100 on any of them. She also lets you drop your lowest grade, excluding the final.

Mrs. Stokesberry has been my favorite teacher I have had so far. If your not interested in history, it is an easy A if you show up and study. She gives massive study guides, shows exactly what you need to study for as well as how to study the essay part of her test. She tells side stories as she relates the lecture to them. Don't buy the textbook for this class! You will never use it! Her tests are so easy and she gives study guides for each test plus she tells you everything you will see on the test! She is super nice and can be very entertaining! I hate history and she made me somewhat like it! Take her!!!!
