Rob is a really nice guy just not the best professor. I felt that he barely understood what he was trying to teach us and would make the material more confusing than it had to be. He has really good and detailed slides though which is helpful.

R.Pywell is the best physics prof you will ever find. He is WAY BETTER than Brian "Zukolsky". If you want to get 90+, take phys with him. His explanations are clear and the clicker questions are so useful.

A terrific introductory physics professor! He takes a pretty content-heavy introductory course (PHYS 115) and makes it relatively simple. His notes are good/clear and he does lots of samples and main-concept clicker questions. He covers test content well, is very cheery, friendly, and knows his stuff. I am glad I took his class! TAKE HIS CLASS!

Rob is an amazing prof. and will get you through physics. If you don't understand something in the text, there is a good chance that you will understand it once the lecture is over. Best professor ever. Posted detailed lecture notes online! I don't really like physics but he at least gave lots of examples in class and explained things really well! Funny prof too. MAKE SURE YOU GET IN THIS CLASS! :)

Great Prof! I was terrified of University physics but Pywell made it interesting, enjoyable and do-able. The class itself is a lot of work but Pywell makes you want to do the work and succeed. HIGHLY recommended.

Easily one of the best professors at this university! His lectures are extremely informative and easy to listen to. The labs were total tripe but it's hard to do Astronomy with computers. He was willing to answer questions and gave good answers to them - highly recommended!
