Great professor. The only thing that I didn't like was that grades were NEVER posted. The only update we got was how we did on the exams.

This class is a lot of fun and i actually enjoyed going to it (more so the labs though). Just take good notes and you should be just fine. I only picked up the text book like twice, but make sure you do the writing assignments.

He's incredibly arrogant and has a hard time keeping his personal beliefs to himself. Though his class is very informative and I share his views, I am not paying tuition to hear him on his soapbox. Teach the class without bias and behave professionally if you want to be an instructor.

I've had better instructors in Anthropology at WMU. I can honestly say that there are 5000 level courses that are easier to navigate than this class was. It took him about 2 weeks after class started to put up the course and returned rude emails in response to my questions. Not recommended. Vince Callo is a better choice.

I'm an anth minor, taking a grad-level anth class. Anemone is both a great and simple instructor--he tells you what you need to know and is very flexible and cooperative with students. I loved his class and look forward to taking more with him.

Seemed really interesting first day of class, as class when on I learned it was much more Biology and not much culture. More science study than social studies. I took it because it sounded interesting never really got there. Cool dude, loves what he does but class was a little bit of a let down. Not easy but not insanely hard

i took his ONLINE VERSION of this class and it was so easy. even if youve never taken an online class before, this is EASY. theres 8 chapters that you have to do, each with an essay and a quiz. you have the entire semester to do them, no time limit. and theres no tests, the final is a powerpoint. its super easy, and a great online class to take.

He is an amazing professor. He made it easy to get up for a 9:00 class. He is interesting, and challenged the norms of what many college students think and feel. For those who were offended about evolution, get out of a public university and hopefully we don't meet.
