Assignments weer not hard, writing papers and such - especially when he gives you the format. I took his class for an online class and I personally study hardcore for tests, however the test itself seem to be more of applied learning than anything else you get out of the book, which I can handle but not when so many of the answers are similar. :/

It took me a little while to adjust to him because him being so laid back originally came off to me as not caring, but he is interested in the subject and has a lot of relevant examples. We used powerpoint notes and he showed us graphs sometimes, but mostly he wrote an outline of our notes on the board and lectured. Simple tests too. I'd retake him

I have had previous classes under this same instructor that were easier, exam reviews were very vague and incomplete. He overall seems scattered this semester and really doesn't seem to care if you get it or not, disappointed in his coverage of material and overall attitude.

I took his online intro to sociology class and it was kinda hard, but he was really fair in his grading. He curved every test that we took, which helped out a lot of people. He was very helpful with any questions I had and gave really good feedback.

Dr.B was my advisor and my professor for most of my sociology classes. He is tough, but very detailed and extremely knowledgable. It is harder than a high school class, but it is supposed to be harder.I learned so much from him, and continue to implement the wisdom I gained in his classes now that I am working in my career. He is the best teacher I had

I had Dr. B for Sociology Gender and found it very interesting. Dr.B made sure that everything was crystal clear without giving you any answers. I really enjoyed his class!

Am on my 6th course w/ Dr.B. ALWAYS been helpful. Very laid back. Classes aren't difficult unless you're too lazy to study and read. He breaks stats down to the point that anyone could understand! 6 classes/6 A's, If you don't do your part as a student, don't blame the professor!

I took it as an online class. It was a lot of information, but he was fair with his grading and have a curve on his tests. We had 3 assignments that didn't take long and 4 tests. No homework. I would recommend this class, but be prepared to study for the tests.

I loved Bausch! I took him for 3 or 4 classes and I felt he was very knowledgeable. Learned a lot in all of his classes but you do have to study to do well on his tests but if you do and you take good notes you shouldn't have a problem which is why it's important that you don't miss a lot of his classes!

Not an easy A but very reasonable. Expect a big paper. Always in his office during office hours and willing to help if he can.

very hard. you have to read the text but the test only covers obsure, abstract things that might have been mentioned in one sentence once in the book. this class lowered my gpa. avoid at all cost
