Great Professor! I used to be so lost in the world of gov't and public policy. I was actually afraid. Great teacher. I understand so much more. I know more than history, I was able to find where I fit in, within politics! Take his class! A lot of work. Not hard, just timely. Loved this class!I will take him again.

Amazing! Amazing! One of the great professors at MCLA. Very smart. He always gives feed back. He gets to know each of us by our writing styles, is not so invested in writing style as well as expressing your opinion. I know more about politics and gov't more than ever.

I have taken many of his classes, my favorite by far has been Canadian politics. I have learned a lot and even got to travel to Canada to see Parliment first hand. I highly recommend this and other classes he teaches because of his laid back personality. And his love for politics spreads like wild fire. He also happens to be my advisor.

He can be a bit confused but still is a good professor. I have taken so many of his classes that some say I am majoring in Bence so he can't be that bad. Beware of his occasional odd test, the index cards for example are always a bad sign.

Bence is a great instructor. Learned a lot from him. Very fair, always grades on the merits. Kinda aloof sometimes, but funny as hell. You'll laugh a lot in his classes, but you'll work a lot too. It's a good time.
